the quark was a lovely hotel with newly renovated, clean rooms. the restaurant and reception area were nice, and the stay was enjoyable. it’s about a 15-minute taxi ride to the city center. i especially appreciated the helpfulness of the staff during my stay.

easy access to parks and key attractions in milan

I really enjoyed my stay, with a relaxing stroll to Sempione Park, just under 5 km away, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring, and a quick walk to the stunning Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, where I soaked in the local architecture and atmosphere.

I stayed in a Family Suite for 4 nights. The suite was spacious and had a super comfy layout with two rooms, which was perfect for our family. The lighting was nice and bright. Plus, there was plenty of wardrobe space. Definitely felt fresh and modern, and the beds were really cozy!

During our trip to see the nearby attractions, we found the spacious rooms to be a highlight of our stay. The breakfast offered a nice variety, which was appreciated by our family, and the private parking made it easier to come and go. the cold room due to a window that wouldn’t close well was a bit of a downside, which affected our comfort at night.

I also noticed a lack of cleanliness in the bathrooms, and the air conditioning took forever to cool some rooms down. While the gym is a nice touch, its equipment could use an upgrade. A more reliable Wi-Fi connection would have made my stay easier, especially for any work tasks. Those with kids might find the murmurs of noise from nearby rooms a bit disruptive at night.

It was just an appropriate option for a short weekend trip in Milan with great value for money. Make sure to check the room for working charging ports first thing.
